สำนักข่าวต่างประเทศ รายงานว่า ทางการฟิลิปปินส์ ตรวจพบสารกัมมันตภาพรังสี ที่รั่วไหลมาจากโรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ฟุกุชิมะ ซึ่งถือเป็นการยืนยันว่ากัมมันตภาพรังสีได้แพร่กระจายเข้าสู่ภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้แล้ว
โดยรายงานข่าวระบุว่า สถาบันวิจัยนิวเคลียร์แห่งชาติของฟิลิปปินส์ ตรวจพบสารกัมมันตภาพรังสีในอากาศ แต่ยังอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ยังไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อมนุษย์แต่อย่างใด และวิงวอนไม่ให้สาธารณชนตื่นตระหนก
ทั้งนี้ ฟิลิปปินส์อยู่ห่างจากญี่ปุ่นไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,500 กิโลเมตร และถือเป็นประเทศล่าสุดในเอเชีย ถัดจากจีน เกาหลีใต้ ไต้หวัน ที่มีรายงานการพบรังสีนิวเคลียร์ในอากาศ และประเทศแรกในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ที่มีการยืนยันอย่างเป็นทางการ

29 มี.ค. รายงานข่าวแจ้งว่า รัฐบาลไทยได้อนุมัติให้การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย หรือ กฟผ.ส่งโรงไฟฟ้ากังหันก๊าซหนองจอก ไปติดตั้งที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่นเป็นการชั่วคราว ตามที่บริษัทผลิตไฟฟ้าโตเกียว หรือ เทปโก ขอความช่วยเหลือมา หลังจากโรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ฟูกูชิมะไม่สามารถเดินเครื่องได้ ทำให้เกิดภาวะขาดแคลนพลังงานไฟฟ้าในหลายเมืองทั่วประเทศ
ทั้งนี้ โรงไฟฟ้าหนองจอกจำนวน 2 เครื่อง กำลังผลิตรวม 244 เมกะวัตต์ พร้อมอุปกรณ์ คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 90 ล้านบาท ในภาวะปกติไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ โดยการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) ได้ปลดอออกจากระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าหลักของประเทศไปแล้ว เนื่องจากใช้น้ำมันดีเซลซึ่งมีต้นทุนสูง แต่เป็นโรงไฟฟ้าสำรองไว้กรณีฉุกเฉิน เวลาที่ไฟฟ้าเท่านั้นไม่เพียงพอเท่านั้น
อย่างไรก็ตาม คาดว่าจะมีการรื้อถอนประมาณ 1 เดือน และขนส่งไปทางเรือ และเริ่มใช้งานได้เดือนสิงหาคม ซึ่งบริษัทเทปโกจะเป็นผู้ดำเนินการและออกค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด โดยระยะเวลาที่ให้ยืมนานถึง 3-5 ปีนั้น เพราะเห็นว่า โรงไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์ของญี่ปุ่นได้รับความเสียหายมาก อาจต้องใช้เวลาในการฟื้นฟูนาน

On the dayside of Earth (the side closest to the sun), Earth's magnetic field presses against the sun's magnetic field.

Approximately every eight minutes, the two fields briefly merge or "reconnect," forming a portal through which particles can flow. The portal takes the form of a magnetic cylinder about as wide as Earth.

The electric universe concept make our sun a capacitor, meaning that it puts out pulses of energy. Earth's Axis Shifted Again by "EleNin" a.k.a. Nibiru!

But, a comet like EleNin (small object & so far away from Earth) could never cause a big "gravitational wave", therefore would not be capable to influence/trigger an earthquake.

Of course, if you are familiar with my articles you already know that Comet EleNin is a smokescreen for planet Nibiru. And this huge planet/star & its orbiting moons are capable of causing huge gravitational waves.

Nibiru is approaching its perigee (getting closer to Earth). While moving in our direction, its massive size produces great gravitational waves that travel towards our solar system. These gravitational waves influence the seismic activity on Earth (that has been constantly increasing in the past year). The Seismic institutes are hiding this from us, just as I exposed it in my November 26, 2010 article (named "Hundreds of Earthquakes in the past days"). Please read it HERE! Back then I had no idea that the increasing seismic activity may be the result of Nibiru's approaching.

THE DISCOVERY OF COMET ELENIN COULD HAVE BEEN NIBIRU SIGHTNING



During the past few weeks I have put out several videos concerning the discovery of Comet ELENIN, NIBIRU, planet x and our Binary Star,
after carefully looking at several field areas of the Constellations Orion, Leo and Virgo I have come to the conclusion that some mistakes
have been made or some information is being misrepresented.

On December 10th 2010 an astrologer Leo ELENIN made a discovery in the constellation Virgo of what appeared to be a comet on a highly
elliptical orbit, I attempted to find this comet with no luck, This lack of finding has turned my thinking around. I believe what was seen
by Mr. Leo elenin in the constellation of Virgo was NIBIRU itself and the possible reason why.

since i believe our sun is a Binary twin than There are seven planets orbiting around our binary Star,
These planets orbit in a pro-grade movement, keeping with their formation around the
binary star system. They orbit in much less time than it takes for our Binary star
to transit perihelion around our own Sun.

The outermost planet seen cutting through the outer planetary solar system, is moving faster than the binary Star.
The result although the Binary Star and its outermost planet are actually moving pro-grade, while from an observers view on Earth the
outermost planet would seem to move retrograde across the sky.(i.e. Comet ELENIN )


This might explain the outermost planet as being NIBIRU. Seen from Earth as a planetary comet. Visible even beyond Jupiter because with the
shedding of it's surface ice would act and look like a comet even at a tremendous distance from the Sun.

Its perihelion distance will vary over different passages as it's orbit around the Binary Star coincides with the perihelion passage
of the system as a whole , On occasion there will be an exact juxtaposition between its own perihelion
and that of the Binary Star, along a line of sight from the Sun making it viewable to earth, this has been my theory on Comet ELENIN.


It remains my believe that during the last juxtaposition in December came the discovery of Comet ELENIN,
the lack of updated Comet ELENIN pictures would now suggest it could have been NIBIRU viewable
and Mr. ELENIN possibly seen it. Now on the other side of the Binary star during the binary perihelion. Which brings to
case that the timing of NIBIRU will necessarily vary, change as will its sky position and relative brilliance making it
no longer viewable at best. Perhaps this explains the many unknowns about the transitory and appearance
of Comet ELENIN.


Could one of our Binary Star's planets be 'Planet X, 'It seemed unlikely to me that a small brown dwarf would
be able to maintain a planetary system at such a distance, I am suggesting here that NIBIRU may be orbiting at about 60AU
from the Binary Strand, this too may vary as well if its own orbit is elliptical around the binary parent.


A recent precede discovered in the form of a large planet imaged at a similar distance from a
free-floating brown dwarf known to astronomers as '1207s image was taken by the Hubble telescope, it showed a planet near the
'star' So it's not difficult to extrapolate a similar situation for our binary Star, with NIBIRU as an accompanying planet.

That finding turned my thinking around. It presents us with the potential for a 3-body solution to the orbital
configuration. Also, instead of one Planet X body we now essentially have 3 notables; the Dark Star and two major
planets orbiting it (the other 5 appear to be minor bodies). Those two notables are NIBIRU at a ~60AU distance.
when Adding these bodies to the 9 known planets of the solar system brings us closer to the Sumerian 12th Planet scenario.

จังหวัดที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากแผ่นดินไหวโดยเกิดแผ่นดินถล่ม, ยุบตัว และน้ำที่ดันขึ้นมาจากโพรงใต้ดิน (โพรงหรืออุโมงค์ใต้ดินขนาดใหญ่เกิดจากแรงแผ่นดินไหว และการเคลื่อนของแผ่นเปลือกโลก ซึ่งปัจจุบันแหล่งข่าวกล่าวว่าเกิดขึ้นแล้วเป็นแนวยาวผ่านตั้งแต่ภาคใต้จนถึงภาคกลางของประเทศไทย) โดยมีความเสียหายหลายจังหวัด คือ
๑.นครศรีธรรมราช ๒.สงขลา (หนักที่หาดใหญ่) ๓.พัทลุง ๔.ชุมพร
แผ่นดินไหวครั้งนี้จะส่งผลกระทบอย่างรุนแรงสู่หลายๆ ประเทศ ทั้งอินโดนีเซีย มาเลเซีย สิงคโปร์ ไทย พม่า รวมถึงประเทศรอบๆ ทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทยจะเสียหายทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สินมาก เนื่องจากความประมาทของเจ้าหน้าที่และประชาชน แต่บางประเทศเช่นอินเดียสามารถอพยพได้ทัน เพราะมีเวลาเตรียมตัวหลังจากทราบเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหวและคลื่นยักษ์สึนามิ
***แหล่งข่าวบอกว่าระบบแจ้งเตือนภัยสึนามิที่ติดตั้งไว้ในทะเลอันดามัน ถึงเวลาจริงๆ ไม่ได้แจ้งเตือนเพราะระบบขัดข้อง
ระลอกที่ ๒ จะเกิดขึ้นหลังจากเหตุการณ์ครั้งแรกประมาณ ๑ เดือน โดยแหล่งข่าวบอกว่าเก็บกู้ความเสียหายยังไม่ทันเสร็จระลอกใหม่ก็เกิดขึ้นอีก *** เหตุการณ์จะรุนแรงกว่าระลอกแรก โดยมีความรุนแรงมากที่สุดในสามระลอก จะเกิดเหตุการณ์ขึ้นทั้งสองฝั่งคือทั้งอ่าวไทยและอันดามัน ผลกระทบเกิดขึ้นทุกจังหวัดในภาคใต้
ระลอกที่ ๓ จะเกิดขึ้นระหว่างปลายเดือนพฤศจิกายนจนถึงต้นเดือนธันวาคม ๒๕๕๔ มีความรุนแรงน้อยกว่าระลอกที่สองทั้งฝั่งอ่าวไทยและอันดามัน
*** แหล่งข่าวระบุว่าผลกระทบของแผ่นดินไหวจะส่งผลเป็นลูกโซ่ (สู่เหตุการณ์ต่างๆ) และจะมีข่าวปรากฏในสื่อว่า พายุเซิร์ส (อาตมาไม่เข้าใจแต่ได้ยินมาว่าเคยเกิดขึ้นแถบๆ อเมริกา มีความรุนแรงมาก กรุณาศึกษาเพิ่มเติม)
ขออนุญาตแจ้งเหตุการณ์ปี ๒๕๕๔ ที่สำคัญๆ ไว้เพียงเท่านี้ แต่ที่ได้รับแจ้งมาจากแหล่งข่าวนั้น ในปีหน้า ๒๕๕๕ มีเหตุการณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับภัยธรรมชาติซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อมนุษย์อย่างรุนแรงและแปลกประหลาดอีกหลายเหตุการณ์ ซึ่งจะแจ้งเตือนในคราวต่อไป
ในการทำหนังสือแจ้งเตือนมาในครั้งนี้ อาตมภาพทราบดีว่าจะเกิดความตื่นตระหนกและความลังเลสงสัยต่อท่านและผู้ที่รับทราบ เพราะเป็นเหตุการณ์ในอนาคต พ้นวิสัยการรู้เห็นโดยทั่วไปของมนุษย์เรา
การแจ้งเตือนครั้งนี้ไม่ได้ส่งผลดีต่อตัวอาตมภาพเองเลย ซ้ำอาจจะเกิดโทษดังเช่นกรณีของคุณสมิทธ ธรรมสโรช ที่ออกมาเตือนเรื่องโอกาสที่จะเกิดสึนามิในฝั่งทะเลอันดามันก่อนปี พ.ศ.๒๕๔๗ ซึ่งในครั้งนั้น มีผู้โจมตีการแจ้งเตือนของคุณสมิทธอย่างมาก ซึ่งท้ายที่สุดเหตุการณ์ก็เกิดขึ้นจริงๆ โดยไม่ได้เตรียมการรับมือ เกิดความเสียหายทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชน
ซึ่งขณะนั้นอาตมภาพยังเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ ๓ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้เดินทางร่วมกับคณะเพื่อนนักศึกษาไปช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยที่จังหวัดพังงา เดินทางถึงวันที่ ๒๙ ธันวาคม ๔๗ และอยู่เป็นอาสาสมัครอยู่ในทีมพิสูจน์ศพของทีมแพทย์ศิริราชและแพทย์รามาฯ ที่วัดบางม่วงและวัดย่านยาว ได้เกิดความสังเวชที่ได้เห็นพี่น้องชาวไทยและต่างประเทศ ลูกเล็กเด็กแดงล้มตายเป็นจำนวนมาก แต่ในการเพียรพยายามทำหนังสือแจ้งเตือนมายังท่านและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเตรียมการป้องกันและรับมือภัยพิบัติในครั้งนี้ เป็นความเมตตาสงสารเพื่อนร่วมโลกไม่ว่าจะเป็นชาวไทยหรือประเทศไหนๆ ของอาตมภาพที่ไม่อยากให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตในเหตุการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้น และอาตมภาพและแหล่งข่าวไม่ได้ต้องการชื่อเสียงอันเป็นเรื่องของโลกและไม่ต้องการเป็นข่าวใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น นอกจากต้องการความสงบวิเวกในการปฏิบัติธรรม ฯลฯ ฯลฯ ฯลฯ

The spring time is the typical time when turtle strandings in this region begin to increase, but the sharp increases in recent days are of concern to us….NOAA Fisheries is in contact with the states of MS and LA regarding current trawl and other fishery activity that can result in turtle by catch and mortality. During a necropsy, the full GI tract is examined for product or evidence of oil ingestion. Additionally, samples are taken for PAH analysis. In addition, all turtles are being carefully examined for signs of external oiling.

Like the dolphin strandings this year, it's likely that many more turtles have died and will never be found. A recent study of dolphin deaths showed the true number of mortalities is probably 50 times what is recovered. As of Friday, NOAA says recent deaths of sea turtles, all of which are included on the Endangered Species list, include 6 in Alabama, 10 in Louisiana, and 47 in Mississippi. Make that at least 50 confirmed sea turtle deaths in Mississippi. This weekend, Pass Christian resident Shirley Tillman found three more dead turtles. Altogether, she has found nine this year. Over her more than 30 years in the community, she has never seen a dead turtle before. On Saturday, she took another walk on the beach, this time with a PBS television producer. Within an hour they found one turtle badly decomposed and hidden in marsh grass near Waveland. Shirley says she only discovered it because of the smell. On Sunday she went back to check on the turtle, which had been spray-painted orange for pick-up by authorities. That's when she was told there was yet another dead turtle on the beach nearby.

"It's crazy that I go out there nearly every day and find them. It makes me mad that NOAA is now trying to blame the shrimp fishermen for killing them in their nets when the shrimp season isn't even open yet and hardly any boats are out there." Shrimp fishermen feel the same way. They are required to use turtle excluders, devices that allow turtles to escape drowning in shrimp nets. Every year some turtles are killed by fishing boats inadvertently, but shrimpers say to blame them for the recent jump in turtle deaths is hard to believe. "It's about as ridiculous as anything else I heard during this whole oil spill," said Louisiana Shrimp Association President Clint Guidry. "This time of year shrimp fishermen are fixing their boats and getting ready for the main season that begins in May. I guess they've run out of excuses after saying everything is being killed by dead zones and algae, so now they need to blame us." Nearly two weeks ago a new oil spill from a shallow well off the Louisiana coast leaked oil into the water that resulted in a huge slick that stretched for miles and polluted parts of Grand Isle and other nearby marshes. The Coast Guard says it was due to oil leaking from a well being capped by Anglo-Suisse, an oil drilling firm based in Texas. Initially the company said it had leaked only 5 gallons of oil.

But the oil slick was clearly much bigger. According to a Skytruth, an analysis of the slick using satellite imagery shows the well may have gushed as much as 640,000 gallons of Louisiana crude into the sea. It's not clear what impact this oil spill has had on marine life. In Mississippi, Shirley Tillman believes BP oil has something to do with the dead sea life she constantly encounters by the shore. And she wonders how this may affect vacationers now flocking to the region. "It's bad enough for turtles and dolphins to be dying, but should people and their children be swimming in this water too?" That is not the kind of message BP or local politicians want to hear. Major PR campaigns are underway to convince people the Gulf is normal and the seafood is safe. That's the message they want to people to hear. But that message is at odds with the views of Gulf residents like Shirley Tillman. She sees a different reality every day she walks the beach.
