Notice the land peninsula and along the coastline to the east of Jakarta, completely sunk from view! And inland regions also, not in Jakarta city proper, now obviously under water. Where the government of Jakarta previously admitted that 70% of North Jakarta was below sea level, South and East and West Jakarta were exempt from such pronouncements. Now these regions are also flooded with waters refusing to drain. This 7 of 10 scenario, scenario 2, the sinking of the Sunda Plate, is approaching its finale.

Meanwhile, the Philippine and Mariana plates keep folding, heaping water quite apparent to the east of these folding plates. Buoy 52402 shows sudden heaping, which likely means the Mariana Trench is continuing to close, a silent adjustment in the sea floor deep under in the trench where seismographs are not located. This 7 of 10 scenarios, scenario 3, is approaching its finale too.

These sealed metal boxes are indeed alien, placed along significant coastlines to abort sudden and jolting plate movements. The number of boxes discovered by mankind, uncloaked and visible, are a miniscule number compared to the total in use, which range in the thousands. Most are under water. They are supposed to be cloaked, so that humans can look right at them and not see them, but mistakes are made in the rush to place the boxes, on occasion, so some are left visible. Have governments removed them and tried to crack them open? Yes, but the boxes disappear from storage, without a trace.

Why is the impact of plate movements being restrained, at present, when the Council of Worlds has ruled that the Pole Shift is a natural event not to be averted? It has scarcely passed notice that our original statements about the 7 of 10 scenarios, whereby we anticipated a rapid start at the end of 2010, did not unfold. The 7 of 10 pace has been slow, not rapid. The Council of Worlds wants the public to be aware of what is happening, what is pending, so that spiritual decisions can be made, the population having opportunity to evaluate the situation properly. The cover-up has prevented that school house lesson from occurring.

Thus, temporarily, the pace of change here on Earth will be slowed, but not averted. Nor is the ultimate result or timeframe being changed. The battleground is on the cover-up, as the recent decision to allow more visibility of the Planet X complex has shown. For those who wonder how the boxes work, why the hum or aurora type glow they occasionally emit, we have no comment. You would not understand the mechanics, nor be able to replicate the boxes, and in any case if the secrets were understood those in the Service-to-Self in your establishment would use this information to control and harm the common man. The boxes will remain a mystery, in this regard.

Are they working? If these boxes were discovered on February 6-8, 2012 then they seem to have had an effect on the February 15, 2012 earthquake just off coast from the Oregon beaches. This was a magnitude 6.0 quake, with NO ostensible damage in Oregon!

A shallow 5.9-magnitude earthquake sent panicked people fleeing onto the streets in Taiwan's second-largest city of Kaohsiung as rail services were temporarily suspended.

The quake struck 57 kilometres (35 miles) east of the city at 10:34 am (0234 GMT) on Sunday, at a depth of just four kilometres, the US Geological Survey said.

The Hong Kong Observatory measured the quake at magnitude 6.0, while Taiwan's Seismology Centre put the magnitude at 6.1.

TV footage showed residents of Kaohsiung running into the streets, fearing their buildings might collapse.
Services on a high-speed railway linking Kaohsiung with Taiwan's capital of Taipei in the north were halted temporarily, railway officials told AFP.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or major damage.

The greater metropolitan area of Kaohsiung has a population of nearly three million people.
Taiwan is regularly hit by earthquakes as the island lies near the junction of two tectonic plates.

In September 1999, a 7.6-magnitude tremor killed around 2,400 people in the deadliest natural disaster in the island's recent history.

ยูเอสจีเอสเผย เกิดแผ่นดินไหวขนาด 5.9 บนเกาะไต้หวัน ใกล้เมืองสำคัญอันดับที่ 2 แต่ยังไม่มีรายงานความเสียหาย จากเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่...

สำนักข่าวต่างประเทศรายงานเมื่อวันที่ 26 ก.พ. อ้างข้อมูลจากสำนักสำรวจธรณีวิทยาแห่งชาติสหรัฐฯ (ยูเอสจีเอส) ว่า เมื่อเวลาประมาณ 9:34 น.ตามเวลาประเทศไทย เกิดแผ่นดินไหวระดับ 5.9 บนเกาะไต้หวัน จุดศูนกลางแผ่นดินไหวอยู่ลึกลงไปใต้ดินราว 22.4 กม. อยู่ห่างจากเมือง เกาซุง เมืองสำคัญอันดับสอง ไปทางตะวันออกเพียง 54 กม.

ทั้งนี้ สถานีอุตุนิยมวิทยาแห่งเขตปกครองพิเศษฮ่องกงรายงานขัดแย้งกับยูเอสจีเอส โดยระบุว่า แผ่นดินไหวดังกล่าว มีความรุนแรงระดับ 6.0 ขณะที่ในเบื้องต้น ยังไม่มีรายงานความเสียหายจากเจ้าหน้าที่ในบริเวณที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากแผ่นดินไหว

A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Russia’s East Siberia



IRKUTSK, February 26 (RIA Novosti) – A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck Russia’s East Siberia on Sunday, with tremor shocks felt by residents of the Irkutsk Region and the Republic of Khakassia.

Russia’s Emergencies Ministry has said the tremor epicenter was located some 100 km (62 miles) from the city of Kyzyl in the Siberian Tyva region near the border with Mongolia.

The earthquake shocks were felt for four to five minutes from 15:19 to 15:24 p.m. local time (06:19 – 06:24 a.m. GMT).

Residents of the upper stories of high-rise residential buildings said the tremor caused their things to fall from upper shelves. Windows and glass rattled and chandeliers swayed during the earthquake.
